This forthcoming essay will be included in a peer-review journal published by Diaphnes at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Lucerne. Written for a series titled "Kunst Design Medienkultur" (Art Design Media Cultures), the article will focus on Dallas-based artist and activist Giovanni Valderas and his work made in response to recent gentrification in the Dallas neighborhood of Oak Cliff.
